These terms apply to purchases through vepqyn.com. Read them with the product listing, checkout information, and relevant store policies.

vepqyn™ is operated by Guangzhou Yangyi Network Technology Co., Ltd. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operating company. “You” refers to the customer.
General website conduct is addressed in our Terms of Use. Personal-information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any conflicting provision.
02 / Customer responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase, use an authorized payment method, and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Review specifications and restrictions relevant to your location. Contact support before ordering if compatibility, included items, or delivery eligibility is unclear.
03 / Product descriptions
Our collection includes archery-related equipment and accessories. Materials, dimensions, mounting requirements, handedness, and included components vary by model.
Photographs illustrate appearance and presentation. Lighting and screens can affect colors. Props and additional equipment are included only when expressly stated.
Do not assume compatibility, certification, protective performance, or activity suitability from appearance alone. Express product commitments and rights relating to misdescription remain applicable.
04 / Prices and checkout
Review the currency and final total at checkout, including applicable delivery charges, taxes collected by the store, and discounts.
Payment providers may apply separate conversion or international-transaction fees. Import charges outside checkout depend on the disclosed shipping arrangement and applicable requirements.
Listing errors may be corrected subject to existing contractual obligations. Material substitutions or price increases to accepted orders require appropriate agreement or a lawful basis.
05 / Orders and payment
An acknowledgment may precede completion of payment, stock, or fulfillment checks. We will contact you if an issue prevents completion.
Orders may be declined or canceled where payment cannot be authorized, stock is unavailable, essential information is inaccurate, or fulfillment would be unlawful.
Captured payments for canceled orders will be refunded as applicable. Proposed alternative products require your agreement.
06 / Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Processing and transit are separate periods. Estimates may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, carrier conditions, and other disruptions.
Destinations and shipping charges are determined through checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains tracking and delivery concerns.
07 / Returns and cancellations
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Ordinary change-of-mind returns require unused goods in original condition with supplied components.
Contact support before returning merchandise. Shipping responsibilities, inspection, and refund arrangements are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Request changes or cancellations promptly. We may be unable to stop fulfillment or transit already underway. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
08 / Equipment use
Follow supplied instructions and applicable range rules. Use equipment for its intended purpose and obtain qualified guidance where selection or setup requires specialist knowledge.
Stop using damaged equipment. Do not assume an accessory provides performance or protection beyond its documented specifications.
These responsibilities do not remove rights relating to faulty, unsafe, or materially misdescribed goods.
09 / Intellectual property and conduct
Brand materials, photographs, descriptions, and protected content belong to their lawful owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to website content.
Customers must not engage in fraud, impersonation, unauthorized payment use, or interference with store systems.
10 / Responsibility and unforeseen events
Express commitments and mandatory guarantees remain applicable. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Transport disruption, natural events, restrictions, or provider outages may affect fulfillment. Affected orders will be addressed under applicable contractual and legal obligations.
An event outside our control does not automatically remove your purchase rights.

Contact support with your order number and concern so we can review the matter.
Nothing here prevents mandatory complaint, payment-provider, or legal remedies available under applicable law.
Revised terms apply prospectively, subject to required notice and existing purchase rights. A revision will not unlawfully remove rights attached to an accepted order.
