01 / Available payment methods
Use the payment methods displayed during the official checkout process. Availability may depend on your billing country, currency, and the payment services active for your transaction.
A card, digital wallet, or other method is accepted only when offered at checkout. We do not ask customers to email complete card details.
02 / Prices, currency, and charges
The storefront and checkout identify the purchase currency. Review the final total, including applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by the store, and discounts.
Your bank or payment provider may charge separate conversion or international-transaction fees. Those charges are determined by the provider.
Import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may apply to international shipments. Contact support before ordering if responsibility for these charges is unclear.
03 / Authorization and confirmation
Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Your provider may request authentication or additional verification.
An order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean payment verification and availability checks are complete. We will contact you if an issue prevents fulfillment.
A pending authorization may appear before payment settles. The provider determines when an unsuccessful or canceled authorization is released.
04 / Payment information
Payments are handled through services configured for the store. Providers process credentials entered through their interfaces and apply their own authentication and security procedures.
The transaction information available to us depends on the payment integration. Our Privacy Policy explains how customer and order information is handled.
No online transaction system is entirely risk-free. Use the official website and follow your payment provider's instructions.
05 / Transaction review
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, inaccurate billing details, or suspected misuse. We may contact you for reasonable information needed to resolve an issue.
If payment cannot be verified or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the available arrangements. Captured payments for canceled orders will be refunded as applicable.
06 / Failed or duplicate-looking payments
Check your order confirmation before trying payment again. Confirm that billing details match your account and ask your provider whether a transaction is pending, declined, or settled.
If the status remains unclear, contact us with your order number, transaction date, amount, and a non-sensitive reference.
A pending authorization and a completed charge can appear separately without representing two settled payments.
07 / Refunds
Refund eligibility follows our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds normally use the original payment method where supported.
We will communicate the outcome. The time until a credit appears depends on the payment service and financial institution.
Contact us if a confirmed refund remains missing beyond the processing period advised by your provider.
08 / Protecting your information
Enter payment credentials only in the official checkout or the payment-provider interface it directs you to.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card security codes, or complete card numbers through ordinary support messages.
